A personal process that uses Futures Studies and Design Thinking methods and more, to deep dive in yourself, to look ahead and create your futures strategy.

A tested process to help anyone use Strategic Foresight to overcome uncertainty and paralysis by analysis.

The challenge was to facilitate the collaboration between two research institutions, Rothamsted [UK] and Embrapa [Brazil], by creating future visions for this collaborations, integrating teams and developing a roadmap for each future research.

The process was made in two moments. The first as an online workshop and interactive virtual board to kick-off the collaboration and integrate the teams. Followed by an in-person immersive experience includin a visit to Embrapa Meio Ambiente and Futuring workshop.
